Timberhawk Inc. is a real estate development and construction company located in central Utah. We have been very successful at spotting trends and creating wealth for our buyers. One of our first major projects was a 59-unit subdivision in Vernal UT. We recognized an untapped market for entry level homes in the area. We were able to sell homes for $130,000 that appreciated to over $200,000 in less than two years. Over the past two years, we have changed our focus to entry level townhomes as we see the market changing. Before entering a market, we do extensive research and only build in areas where we believe there will be significant job growth in the near future.

Currently we have five townhome projects underway. All projects are entry-level townhomes ranging in price from $106,900 to $144,900. We believe the U.S. economy is entering a significant downturn and there will be increased demand for entry level townhomes in localized areas where significant job growth will occur, even in a slow economy. Our current focus areas are Eastern Utah, driven by growth in natural gas production, and Rexburg ID, driven by significant increases in enrollment at the local university – BYU Idaho.

Our goal is to build the most cost-effective, high quality homes available. This allows us to offer investors the highest value for the lowest price on the market. To accomplish this goal, we recently invested in a wall panel and component factory in Mt Pleasant, Utah. We invested over $1 million in the latest technology and equipment that allows us to build a conventional, site-built home must faster and more accurately than with the standard construction methods. The walls and components are built in a factory, out of the weather, with high-tech software and automated equipment with 1/16” tolerances. We now ship our wall panels and components to our own projects in Utah and Idaho and also sell turn-key framing packages to other builders.

Meet the Management

 
Chris President / CEO:
Chris Jaussi: Chris received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Utah and an MBA from Arizona State University. He has also taken specialized coursework in International Business from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Business.

Prior to joining Timberhawk, Chris spent three years in Sao Paulo Brazil as the marketing VP for Hilti Power tools. He has also worked for Fidelity Investments as a mutual funds trader where he received his series 6 and 63 licenses. He returned to Utah in 2004 and joined Timberhawk as the CEO.
 
Components and Distribution VP:
Justin Jaussi: Justin spent 9 years as a Navy Pilot and Naval Officer working primarily in operations and safety. Justin joined Timberhawk and helped form Timberhawk Building Systems, our wall panel and distribution company.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
 
Trever Rexburg ID Project Manager / Acquisitions VP

Trever Einerson: Trever started with Timberhawk as a finish carpenter, was quickly promoted to a supervisor and then promoted again to the Acquisitions Manager. He was given the responsibility to identify and negotiate land deals and projects as we expanded our business outside of the Uintah Basin. He now manages a $17 million project in Rexburg and also heads up the Land Acquisition Division.

Trever has an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Snow College in Ephraim Utah.

 
Trever Roosevelt UT Project Manager / Import Export VP

Josh Parsons : Josh is currently managing our Roosevelt project. He started with Timberhawk as a finish carpenter, was quickly promoted to a supervisor, and now as the project manager of the our Roosevelt UT project. Josh quickly proved that he was capable of managing large projects and meeting strict deadlines. He is now responsible for a $13.5 million project.

Josh received his BA in Secondary Education from BYU Idaho in Rexburg ID.
